ESN = Electronic Serial Number
LAC = Location Area Code is a unique number of current location area. A location area is a set of base stations that are grouped together to optimize signaling.
LAST CELL = the last cell site that was used during a call
Latitude = The decimal latitude
Longitude = The decimal longitude
MCC = a Mobile Country Code
MEID = Mobile Equipment Identifier
MNC = a Mobile Network Code
M_R = Mobile Role = the direction, such as ‘inbound’, ‘outbound’, or ‘routed’
NEID = network element identifier = a geographical group of cell towers = the switch
PCMD = Per Call Measurement Data
Repoll = Phone Switch
Sector = the sector division per cell site, usually three per site
START_DATE = the data and time the call was initiated
